The school doctor will be here Thursday, March 1st at 9:30 for spring sports physicals.
The Kendall JV/Varsity Girls' Basketball contest, originally scheduled on 1/13/2012, has been moved to Saturday, February 11th. The JV contest will begin at 11AM, and the varsity game will follow.
A portion of the Varsity Girls Track and Field Team went to their 1st Track and Field Clinic at University of Buffalo January 16th with the help of Sports Booster's.
Twenty athletes attended the clinic; Diane Sill, Abby David, Maria Knapp, Alexa Young, Jamie Smith, Tania Arellano, Hannah Reynolds, Alexis Bartel, Maya Rutland, Taylor Rutland, Jenna Jacob, Annaliese Bosko, Jessica Hofer, Corelee Frietag, Brook Andrus, Sidney Lane, Kerri Furness, Lillian Klafehn, Jenna Losapio, and Lizzie Rath.
The clinic was held at the Alumni Arena located on the North Campus of University at Buffalo and focused on Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Hurdles, Relays, Mid Distance, Shot Put and Discus. The clinic held three sessions of each of these track events and our athletes received one on one attention from Division 1 track coaches. Approaches, form, marks, core exercises, dynamic stretching, and key drills were taught.
The athletes had a fantastic time! Thank you to the Sports Boosters in the help to fund this Clinic!
Congratulations to the Kendall Varsity Cheerleading team and Coach Rutland for taking first place in Division II in the 2012 Genesee Region League Championships Cheer Competition, as well as first place in the 2012 Genesee Region League Championships Cheer/Dance Competition. The competition was held on 1/14 at Attica Central School.

New York State Public High School Athletic Association
supports and encourages spectators to enjoy the competition of our
student athletes and cheer for their teams in a positive manner. Negative
comments and behavior will be addressed by the appropriate site personnel.
Spectators should Be Loud, Be Proud, and Be Positive toward all players,
coaches, officials, and spectators. Thank you for your support and enjoy the
game.
