November 5, 2011 – Section V Championship at GCC
The Kendall Boy’s team placed 5th in Class “D”. Junior Dan Price (17:58) won his second consecutive Sectional patch by finishing 4th in Class “D”. Caelan Welch ran his best performance of the year by posting a time of 19:33. The remaining Eagle runners were Devin Appleton (19:36), Nick Bilyk (19:53), Evan Christensen (21:15), Tyler Smith (22:17), and Anthony Washington (23:42).

Amy Diltz ran a 24:36 in the Varsity Girls race.

Congrats to all on a fine season!



October 27 – Varsity Genesee/Livingston County Championships
Dan Price paced the Eagles at the league championship with a time of 19:00. Alex McLaren was in next at 20:04, and Devin Appleton 20:51. Kendall’s remaining runners were Nick Bilyk (20:54), Evan Christensen (20:56), Caelan Welch (22:14), Hunter Nelson (22:53), Tyler Smith (23:30), Anthony Washington (25:06), and Mark Washington (26:26).

Olivia Redick posted a time of 23:49 in the Varsity Girl’s race. Amy Diltz (26:33)

October 25, 2011 – Modified Genesee/Livingston County Championship
Brandon Patton (10:07) earned 10th place out of the 70 runners in the Boy’s Junior High race. The remainder of the squad were Jesse McCormick (11:06), Jesse Zittel (11:34), Eugene Bilyk (12:27), and Kenny Price (16:27). Dillon Beehler and Sidney Lane were unable to compete due to injuries. Congratulations to the Kendall Modified team on an excellent year!

October 21, 2011 – at Alexander Invitational
The Kendall Boy’s placed 4th at the Alexander Invitational. Dan Price (18:46) took 5th place, and Alex McLaren (19:06) came in 10th. The remaining Varsity runners were Devin Appleton (20:36), Nick Bilyk (20:42), Evan Christensen (20:57), Caelan Welch (21:41), and Tyler Smith (23:16).

Amy Diltz finished at 28:58 in The Varsity Girl’s race.

The Varsity “B” team competed on a shorter 2.5 mile course. Anthony Washington earned 5th place with a time of 18:17. Mark Washington came in at 25:18

October 18, 2011 – at Holley (Senior Night)

The Kendall Boy’s nipped Holley by a score of 27-28. Dan Price put in another good race, with a time of 18:51. Alex McLaren came in at 19:27, and Devin Appleton 19:35. The remaining scorers were Nick Bilyk (20:33), and Evan Christensen (20:52). Caelan Welch displaced Holley’s 5th runner with a time of 21:20 to seal the victory. Tyler Smith (22:48), Anthony Washington (22:54), and Hunter Nelson (23:08).

Amy Diltz posted a time of 26:42 in the Girl’s race.

October 15, 2011 – at Leroy Invitational
Brandon Patton earned 7th place in the Modified race with a time of 11:59. The remaining Jr. High runners were Jesse McCormick (13:02), Jesse Zittel (13:22), Dillon Beehler (13:28), and Kenny Price (21:10).

Dan Price took 14th in the Varsity Boy’s race with a time of 18:49. Alex McLaren came in at 20:32, Devin Appleton (21:20), Caelan Welch (21:42), and Anthony Washington (24:18).

October 11, 2011 – at Oatka Park

Dan Price ran a great time of 18:54 at a difficult course at Oatka Park. The Boy’s earned wins over Attica and Lima Christian. The remaining scorers were Alex McLaren (20:10), Devin Appleton (20:26), Evan Christensen (20:54), and Nick Bilyk (20:58). The remaining boy’s were Caelan Welch (23:16), Tyler Smith (23:33), Hunter Nelson (24:06), Anthony Washington (25:33), and Mark Washington (28:26).

Olivia Redick placed 4th in the Varsity Girl’s race with a time of 22:59. Amy Diltz (29:02).

The Kendall Boy’s picked up a victory over Pavilion. Dan Price led the way with a time of 19:14. Alex McLaren (19:40), Devin Appleton (20:46), Evan Christensen (20:49), Nick Bilyk (20:53), Tyler Smith (24:41), Anthony Washington (25:40), Mark Washington (28:32).

Olivia Redick led the Girl’s team with a time of 24:48. Amy Diltz came in at 27:00

The Boy’s Modified team was led by Jesse McCormick who ran the 1.5 mile course in 12:34. Jesse Zittel (12:53), Eugene Bilyk (14:53), and Kenny Price (22:19).

October 1st, 2011 – at McQuaid Invitational
Olivia Redick (21:16) earned a medal by placing 29th out of 171 runners in the Girls Small School race. Amy Diltz came in at 25:05. Dan Price (18:33) and Devin Appleton (18:34) placed in the top 75 of the Boys race. The remaining boys were Alex McLaren (19:20), Evan Christensen (19:38), Nick Bilyk (20:17), Tyler Smith (21:48), Anthony Washington (21:52), Hunter Nelson (21:52), and Mark Washington (26:46). The Modified squad was led by Brandon Patton, who finished the course in 11:58. Jesse Zittel (13:19), Eugene Bilyk (14:01), Ken Price (14:44), Jesse McCormick (15:48).



September 29, 2011 – Kendall XC Pasta Dinner
It has become Kendall tradition that the Cross Country team gathers a few days before the McQuaid Invitational for a pasta dinner. Each runner brings part of the dinner. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you to the Christensen family for hosting this event for the 4th consecutive year.



September 27, 2011 – at Triple Creek (Nunda)

The Kendall Boy’s picked up their first three wins of the season versus Keshequa, Mt. Morris, and Avon. Alex McLaren led the way for the Eagles with a time of 20:15. Dan Price was next in for Kendall at 20:29. Devin Appleton (20:36), Evan Christensen (21:24), and Nick Bilyk (21:33) finished the scoring. The remaining Varsity boys were Tyler Smith (23:43), Anthony Washington (27:00), and Mark Washington (33:28).

Olivia Redick earned 5th place in the Varsity Girls race with a time of 22:54. Amy Diltz came in at 27:38.

The Modified Boy’s were led by Brandon Patton (11:25), Dillon Beehler (12:49), Jesse McCormick (13:14), Jesse Zittel (13:34), Eugene Bilyk (15:49), and Kenny Price (19:59).

September 24th, 2011 – at GCC Invitational
The Boys placed 11th out of more than 20 schools that participated in the small schools race. Alex McLaren (19:20), and Dan Price (19:22) earned medals by placing in the “Top 50”. The remainder of the squad was Devin Appleton (20:02), Evan Christensen (20:13), Nick Bilyk (21:02), Tyler Smith (23:21), Anthony Washington (23:22), and Mark Washington (26:49).

Olivia Redick took 22nd place out of 111 runners with a time of 22:31. Amy Diltz came in at 28:10. The Modified Squad raced for the first time with great success! Brandon Patton paced the boys with a time of 8:17. The remaining boys were Jesse Zittel (10:04), Eugene Bilyk (10:45), and Ken Price (15:07).

Sidney Lane ran a fantastic in the girls modified race, and finished in 9:50!

The Kendall Boy’s dropped three close matches at GCPII. Dan Price ran a time of 20:08, and placed 11th out of 55 runners in his first race back. The remainder of runners were Alex McLaren (20:28), Devin Appleton (20:29), Evan Christensen (21:47), Nick Bilyk (21:56), Tyler Smith (24:06), and Hunter Nelson (24:52).

The Varsity Boy’s team dropped their first 3 matches of the season. Alex McLaren led the Eagles with a time of 19:16. Devin Appleton (19:54), Colton Bisbo (20:16), Evan Christensen (20:59) and Nick Bilyk (21:56) scored for Kendall. Remaining runners were Tyler Smith (23:24), Hunter Nelson (24:22), and Anthony Washington (28:01).

Olivia Redick came in 5th placed , with a time of 22:21. Amy Diltz (26:36).

September 10, 2011 – at Byron-Bergen Invitational
The Varsity Boy’s squad placed 4th in the Small School Race. Devin Appleton finished in 9th place with a time of 19:16. The remainder of the Varsity team was Alex McLaren (19:31), Colton Bisbo (20:16), Evan Christensen (21:32), Nick Bilyk (22:07), and Tyler Smith (23:31). Anthony Washington (25:15), and Mark Washington (28:19) ran in the Varsity “B” race.

Senior Olivia Redick placed 9th in her first Varsity race ever! Olivia finished the 3.1 mile course in 22:39.
