Every school year volunteers are welcome and needed!  Volunteers are used in many areas in the Elementary and Jr/Sr High Schools. They are needed for individual classroom activities - classroom/grade level copying, computer lab assistance, reading with students, helping with learning centers, etc.. There are also many other opportunities for volunteers. Volunteers are needed in the cafeteria to help students during their lunch time and in the Elementary School Library to assist students in checking out books in the morning. If you are unable to come to school and would still like to be a school volunteer there are occasionally activities that can be done at your home such as preparing student materials. Anyone interested in volunteering for a few hours a week, please call the Elementary School Office at 659-8317 or the Jr/Sr High School Office at 659-2706. New and future volunteer opportunities will be posted on the bulletin board across from the Elementary Office throughout the year. Stop, take a look, and give us a call! |
